Christopher Wegner

Chris is a 1986 graduate of the University of Wisconsin and a 1989 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law. Chris was a Public Defender in the City of St. Louis for ten years, and tried over 75 jury trials with charges ranging from stealing, robbery, rape, and murder. Chris has also tried over 75 family law cases (including numerous divorce trials) in many jurisdictions. He is member of the Missouri Bar and Federal Bar as well as a licensed Guardian ad Litem . Chris has volunteered in various community organizations and mentored high school students involved in Youth in Government programs. Chris is a founding partner of Wegner Buchanan. 

Kimberly Ulrich Buchanan

  

Kimberly was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and continues to be an active member of the community. She is a 1997 graduate of Miami University - Ohio. After graduation, Kimberly worked for a financial advisor for two years. In 1999, Kimberly began law school at Saint Louis University and graduated in 2002 with her employment law certificate. After law school, she worked with the law firm of Summers, Compton, Wells & Hamburg where she practiced family law and assisted clients with complex employment and real estate matters. Kimberly focused her practice in the area of family law. In her years of practice, Kimberly assisted numerous clients with difficult child custody disputes and complicated property distributions issues including issues involving business valuations and pension plan rights. In the last three years, Kimberly has taken over 25 cases to trial (including numerous divorce trials). Kimberly also graduated from the ABA sponsored Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute. Kimberly is licensed by the Missouri Supreme Court as a Guardian ad Litem to represent the interests of children in child custody disputes. Kimberly is a founding partner of Wegner Buchanan.
