How long will it take to resolve my Missouri traffic ticket or St Louis traffic ticket case?

In most cases, when you hire an attorney, the court date specified on your ticket will be continued. The continuance allows the prosecutor to review your case and decide whether to offer a plea bargain, and if so, what plea bargain to offer. In most cases, the your attorney will not receive a proposal or "recommendation" from the Prosecutor until well after your original court date. Every court and Prosecutor runs on a different timeline according to the volume of the traffic docket. Wegner Buchanan will monitor your case and keep you informed of the progress. If you have questions regarding the status of your case, you can call or email us at any time and we will provide you with a case update.
